We are registered in England and Wales under company number 08611551, with our registered office at Office 64, Unit 5, 399–405 Oxford Street, Mayfair, London, England, W1C 2BU. What we collect
When you send an enquiry we collect your name, company, email address, phone number (if you give it), your area of interest and your message. When you email us we receive your email address and whatever you include. If you become a client we hold the contact and business information needed to deliver our services. Our website does not use analytics or advertising tools.
Why we use it and our legal basis
- To reply to your enquiry and arrange a call — our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.
- To deliver services if you engage us — performance of our contract with you or your organisation.
- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations — legal obligation.
We do not use your data for automated decision-making and we do not sell it.
Who we share it with
We use carefully chosen service providers to host this website, store enquiries and run our email. They process data only on our instructions. We may share data with professional advisers or where the law requires it. Some providers may process data outside the UK; where they do, we rely on UK adequacy regulations or the UK's approved contract clauses.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are kept for up to 24 months. Client records are kept for as long as needed for the engagement and then for up to six years to meet legal and accounting requirements.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to receive a copy in a portable format. Email info@azconsultants.saig.page and we will respond within one month. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk, though we would appreciate the chance to resolve your concern first.
